Head shops in NJ?

Particularly in/near Union County? I've heard there's a head shop in Westfield, but I'm not sure.

I "think" one of the tattoo shops in Newark also has a selection of pipes, water pipes, etc. Or so I have heard, never got any work done there so dun know first hand

edit: don't really know "union area" well, this is jsut one of the more accessible spots that come to mind
