who works out everyday
im on a mission to become mr.health guy while still remaining high as possible..
my new favorite thing is [HIIT] high intensity interval training
try it...start off slow..it aint easy...4 minutes of torture..i luv it
run 30 seconds full speed then jog 30 seconds, then run full speed 30 seconds then jog 30 seconds...2 minutes down 2 to go.....repeat

I don't schedule actual workouts these days, but I like activities that require some effort, anything from working in the yard to skiing. Keep on movin' don't stop now!!

And I'm way past 6 packs abs. I've stepped up tp 12 pack abs.

I don't work out everyday, I use to, but there's no point, 3-4 days a week is good enough, with a couple days of cycling squeezed in!
HITT is the shit tho, if I gotta do cardio, I'd rather do that cuz it's efficient.

I didn't start working out until I started smoking. I never made the time before that. :-D Working out high has given me an awesome body!
Benchpress and freeweights, push-ups, crunches. I ponder jogging, but i hate cardio. I've never had great mile times. I about killed myself with my 8:30 mile back in middle school.

My medicinal reason- (A.D.D) I personally love the benefit it because makes me exercise my brain. now I feel more clear minded and I understand that the brain is like a muscle. I've made goal minded choices because of it's ability to eliminate my anxiety, reduce stress and clear my mind so I can take control of how much I really wan't to get out of life. I now no longer drink because I purly enjoy the effect of marijuana and the fact that virtually no side effects even exist.

Oh God...painful memory. I too almost perished. Screw running. I'll take the bike.
I don't work out too often but I play a few sports. I like golf, which is great for the midsection. I ride horses as well, and I love to play football and soccer. Yes both, so there is no confusion.
So I guess that counts, although its not 'scheduled work out' time.
I'd rather be shot than run that mile from highschool again....bah I can't believe you brought that up!! lol

i do yoga and try and eat as healthy as possible (though no one can resist the allure of fast food when theyre super stoned... see for example the 1 and a half cheesesteaks i ate last night  ). youd be amazed at how far just stretching and eating right can get you. if youre intersted, check out the book "Light on Yoga". its absolutely amazing.

until very recently, I would sit on my ass in front of the TV with my 'Bullworker' exerciser ... takes care of the upper body, the rest of me has completely turned to mush ...

I jog most nights, but only really go to the gym when I want to roll with my buddies. For a superior workout (I find it works better than weights) I do plyometric exercises and stretch, flexibility is FAR more important than most people make it out to be.
A good place to start is jump squats and plyo pushups. The workouts will KILL you at first, but you'll feel that much better about yourself once you can do twenty jump squats and still breathe easy.

I don't work who wants to work out!!!!
Nah just playing I ride my Mountain bike a lot almost everyday. My legs are getting so big they almost don't fit my Levis.. LOL
Skiing in the Winter Out West Colorado Wyoming Utah Beautiful... I think the best working out because it is so much fun.....
Roller blading in Central Park in the summer time.....
Always active Everyday no but at least 3-4 times a week
