Hey folks, just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who hasn't been following in the feedback forum today.
In case you haven't noticed, the site has changed slightly in appearance and function. There are new tools, and new advertisers, which we are delighted to see because of the stability and support they lend to this great site!
HOWEVER!!!! THE RULES HAVE NOT CHANGED!!!
If you couldn't do it last week, you can't do it this week. This is still a strictly medical site, with, as p4b noted, just a wink of enjoying it 
Discussing ALL other substances, including but not limited to, any that our sponsors are listing for sale, is STILL forbidden.
Hookup requests are not allowed in ANY area on this site, nor is spamming.
Posting email addys or IM tags in ANY publicly-visible area is not allowed, including 'visitor notes', profiles, posts, etc.
THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS OURS!!!!!!!!

10-4 on that  I think we should have a little pop-up everytime we post that reminds us of site rules. Or at least a little check box that says:
"Click yes if this post has a point... and does not insult anyone!"  Maybe people will get it then. All we can do is hope!

That's what I like to hear. Safety is key. 
P.S. Next time can I get a headsup that the site is going off for awhile? I sat at my computer for 38 straight hours clicking refresh so I could post.

Too bad this wasn't posted earlier! Haha. Oh well.
Good to know nothing rule wise has changed. We'll all get the hang of the new changes I'm sure.
And I agree with TheMetal1, a headsup would be nice next time. I thought I was just too high.

I was watching for the black choppers too...........
I'm not sure if I was freaking out because I couldn't get on, or because of Other Federal reasons.
Either way I agree on a heads up, something on the homepage maybe. I kept checking for some sort of update there, but nothing.
Glad to have it back.

Ha yeah, me 2, not because i thought this was gone for good but because i was bored. and yes i agree. not the same. This is the best forum to discuss any issue cannabis related.

Well this is freaking awesome that I can leave a rules thread open for a whole evening and not have a single issue. That's one of the things that makes this place so freaking chilled.
Thanks for understanding, and I think it's a great idea to give an approximate "The server will be updated some time the month of XXXX, FYI!" date and post it somewhere so we can all go, 'ahhh, that's the reason I can't log on!' haha! Look at us, all paranoid. I'll definitely pass it along!

LOL, man there is A LOT of paranoid people on the board. I saw the message and damn, that sucks. I was guilty of 4-5 times a day to check to see if the updating was done..

The "experience a new type of high" ads have made me lose a lot of faith in the integrity of the new site owners. Wish I could go into why, but oh well; the rules are in place for good reason, I have no arguments in that regard. Still, I miss the days of Ron.

We've got a good thing going here, truly unique on the whole internet, and all you can see is the negative stuff, ever. Some time ago I made a resolve to project positivity even when I felt depressed... and guess what? The world reflected it back to me. Food for thought. Actually, food for ACTION.

Geez Stinky, can't a guy have an opinion about anything? Like I say, it's a good site and I agree with the cannabis-only theme; there's yer possitive feedback! What do you mean I only see negative stuff ever, anyway? I've had a lot of good things to say about members here, as well as the site. I've never thrown the put-downs at you have I?
