i got it by once long ago when first on the net
i played some casino gam
they piad me $5 by a paypal acount to sign up ect.,
i ended up with $4 when i quit playing

so years later
i verified it
and low and behold i sent some cash
and had some sent


now i wonder since i dont use it
its balance is $3:00 right now

they made interest off that,so thats how they work it out to do it so called for free
they keep our money

how many of u have a few bucks laying in paypal un verified is probubly alot
they using it to make money ,,and its not even really thought of.
just a thought of some stoned guy like me.

i got a pay pal account because u can get payed a certain amount for doing surveys online! but i dont have a clue wtf to do with it!!

you can

and ina few days
can get it out cash or whatever

hell i used x wifes account
she gave me a check i cash it for the money i put in her account

its all on the level

just they hold your money a day or two
