ok i was in the user control panel and im guessing the avatar has something to do with a picture but when i tried to put a KMK pic on it it says that the pic is too big, is there a way i can shink it or is there somewhere i can go to get one of em? jus a random thought and now its buggin me. lol

yeh just type avatar in to a search engine

there are size limitations on the avatars here. they are listed on the bottom of the edit avatar in the user control panel. when you are looking for avatars you can check their size by right clicking your mouse and going under properties to see how big they are.
hope that helps, i had the same problem when i was first trying to find a good avatar
