Bigred, ill tell you this much: Sativa weed always gets me active. I always smoke a J before i go to the gym, and ill tell you man, i can run on that treadmill and pump those weights so damn much i dont even beleive it half the time. I would smoke once BEFORE a game/practice, and see how it goes.
Peace, good luck |

I blazed all the way through four years of high school football. It didn't make me the least bit slower and I was always rip roaring and ready to go for practice.
What you should avoid like the plague the night before practice or a game is booze. Even if I didn't get drunk, perhaps just a forty oz, got a full nights sleep, had school all day feeling fine, then as soon as I cranked it in practice afterward I would feel it in my muscles slowing me down. And to be avoided even more vehemently is cigarettes, you'll be sitting on the bench in no time if you start smoking those everyday |

![]() Snowboarding and skiing the same. I rarely ski anymore, but if I blaze and strap some planks on my feet I get highly technical.. Few years back we had a Instructor from France who started working with us.. he was something like PSIA lvl3 certified, some pretty serious shit, and he had never seen me Ski once, had no idea I could Ski even.. So one day my friends and me went up the mountain, smoked a blunt on the way up then came down the mountain. When I got to the base area I was greated by a French man with his jaw dropped wide open. He was like " YOU'RE GOOD!" I had no idea you could even ski, but you're really good" was probably first time I had ever been told something like that, and from a dude that is qualified to teach pros...
