Are you looking for an area known for it or something? Because to be honest, if you go to such and such place that's known for weed dealers, most likely you'll get a poor deal, worst case scenario you end up getting robbed

If you you want my advice then try to find hook up's through people you know - friends, colleagues etc. It's not hard to build up a list of likely people in your phone book, just ask around.
