How long will alcohol show up on a breathalyzer? And is there any way to mask it? Basically tell me everything you guys know about breathalyzers.

Don't drive drunk, its simply stupid. If you have alcohol in your blood the breathalizer will detect it.

give it at least 12 hours to clear your system, but i highly recommend 24 hours after any heavy drinking, best to go a little longer to guarantee blowing a 0. also don't use mouthwash, aftershave, etc. right before

I'm talking about the little box you get when you're on house arrest, which I am...ordinarily I wouldn't fuck with it but there's a dance this saturday (I already got clearance to go by my house arrest officer), and since I've never missed a house arrest call in the whole 3 weeks I've been on, I've never gotten a call past 1 am...me and my girlfriend were going to chill at my friends house with him and his girlfriend, at around 1 or 1 30, so I was wondering if I took 4 or 5 shots at 1 or 1 30...I guess I wouldn't be blowing 0 by say 7 or 7 30 am?

Guess I'll have to try extra hard to get some shrooms then...I'd much rather trip than drink anyway, especially with my girlfriend, as I have yet to trip with her, but I already have alcohol and I'm not sure I'll be able to get shrooms by Saturday.

yeah, shrooms or good ole weed sounds like the ticket, don't take the crap shoot that 5-6 hours will be enough, if they're the assholes you say they are they'll chill you down in a cell for a while if they catch it, ain't worth it...it'll be over soon and then fuck 'em and watch out for the "stumbling"

on average, the human body will take 1 hour to deal with a single drink.

Those hand held breathalyzers are fairly accurate and in the event of ANY issues they can take you to the station where they will do the same test only on a far better machine.

All breath mints, mouth wash, pennies, cigs ect whatever the hell you put in your mouth to try and fool this machine WILL NOT WORK.

You never know.

In other words, three beers in an hour means a .06 blood level and you're driving illegally in most states.

Has anyone ever tried using someone else's breath? I heard that works.
