    A question about THC, and burning fat.

    A friend of mine told me that when you smoke, some of the THC goes into your fatty cells, and when you burn them off the THC is released into your body. Essentially, if you smoke pot, several days later you can get high just from working out.

    Is there any validity to this?

    I've never done it, heh, Working out and smoking tend to be placed far apart of each other in my life schedul. But I have read, many times, that daily smokers work out and at the end of their workout find themselves in a pretty good stone. The faster your metabolism, the faster thc is out of your body. Your metabolism also controls how much fat you pack on/burn, and excersize is said to increase metabolism by up to 1000%. I find that becuase of my fast metabolism, I' have lingering effects of weed much longer than those who don't. I'm also clean faster.

    thc is in ur fatty cells, alot of people before a drug test will chug vinager to burn the fat cell and rid them selves of the thc...but working out will get u high, a natural high from endorphins produced by ur brain, the thc is broken down and then stored in the fat cells...it wont get u high...or eles instead of typing this id be takin a few laps around the block

    the thc that is stored in your fat cells is a different isotope than the one one that gets you high. The one that gets you high only lasts for a couple hours.

    the only thing stored in your fatty cells is the THC metabolites, which are non-psychoactive.

    I dont know if you can get high from working out but dont work out stoned. Its not too much fun.
    To die from taking cannabis you need to ingest 1/8 of a ounce every second for 15 minutes. Thats 112.5 ounces.

    Whaaat? Why not? I love smoking a good chunk of hash and then going for a jog! I lose all track of time and I even forget that I'm exercising. I think that when I smoke weed, it's more like a mind over matter thing. I've jogged plenty a time whilst baked and I must say that it's very fun... and then you can get baked after you jog too! Talk about rewarding.

    I think she ment working out as in free weights and such. I work out, and if I smoke before, I can barely lift it. 100 lbs. = 200 lbs when stoned, for me.
    Trees trees they're good for your soul, light up a blunt or spark up a bowl.

    yes if you burn it and go swimming in a pool and do as many laps as you can then you feel incredible afterwards. especially if you take a long hot shower after. thats when i feel super relaxed
