The bud was being kept in a baggie in a drawer. very recently noticed white-ish cob-web like substance on bud. The smell is a little musty. Is there anything that can be done? ie make hash? had happen once before with same strain. Is this a problem at source or storage? Is it mold? Can cooking in oven (read it online) save buds?
