what are the odds that a cop would get a search warrant .....see the one plant I'm growing ....and put me in jail? I have never been convicted of anything and I live in an area that myself and many friends openly smoke weed in and have never even had a cop drive by. I do not sell, nor will I ever. How much do police "really" seek out and find very small operations, such as mine. I know what the penalties are I'm looking for real world experience here.
I wouldnt think you have much to worry about. Just dont tell ANYONE! Keep that record clean and you'll be fine Oh and i wouldnt smoke very openly out side.

One plant? Oh heck come on! A guy with a clean record otherwise would have to practically deck a cop in the snout whilst being arrested to actually get jail time for a plant or 2~ one of my buddies got busted in MA with a SOPHISTICATED grow that included CO2 injection and a lot of plants, and never served a minute. He got quite a pile of probation, and assloads of $$$ in fines, but after bailing out of lockup never spent another moment behind bars.
Keep the mouth shut and the ears open, and sheesh don't be careless where you smoke!

Thanks for the quick reply.....The smoking outside has long since stopped and I realize I'm lucky for never getting caught.......I guess paranoia just comes with the territory.....
