Nother Question.. (Pics) Leaf color variation / Burn?

Alright, I am aware my plant needs a new pot as well as soil. I am dreading the transplant but will do so next week when I am done with finals. I am concerned maybe the light was too close. The light is bright as a mofo, and is 8 inches away from the peak leaf as of today (previously might have been 6-7 inch.

I am concerned since the leafs are different colors, what does that mean?
The newer leaf is far more greener and the older ones are light green kinda.
I am also pondering that a few leafs might have received a burn since the ends are curled up.. Is that normal?

You can barely see it in the picture..

I also added a live earthworm to the soil, hopefully that will help it last until the transplant.

P.S. *!* On the lower stem, where the soil barely touches the stem I saw a little fuzz. I am under the impression that might be fungis hair !! I just wiped it off with my knife every 2 days. I heard to wipe it with alcohol on a cotton swab but I really think that would damage the stem.. Ideas ?

Thanks for your feedback, no plant needs nutes. I water everyother day. It needs to be transplanted since I bought a new pot, but primarily since the soil grows fungis, and at this point I actually found to shrooms growing off the side of the stem were it meets with soil!!

Aside from that, here is a current pic..

I feel something is even more wrong since the leaves seem they are sad or leaning down..

First of all, plants do need nutes if you want them to grow strong and produce flowers and such, you can probably keep them alive for a good long while on just water, but they won't do much else. Secondly, transplanting into new soil is just going to spread the fungal contamination to the new pot if you don't address it, and it may not really be a detriment anyway (depending on what kind of contamination you've got). Thirdly, you probably don't need to water every other day; is the top layer of the soil getting dried out? Fourthly, why do you think that a worm will help it survive when you don't know what's wrong with it. And, Finally, it looks like you're using a halogen desk lamp which produces lighting in a spectrum that is generally not conducive to plant growth, and is probably not putting enough light to really get things going anyway; try reading some of the stickies in the lighting section.
