Looking pretty good....

As a fellow CFL'er, I have two comments:

1) I would possibly revert back to 24/0 lighting, in order to veg them out a little bit more, possibly like 2 weeks. Although I don't know the dimensions of your grow area.

2)The soil looks like it has poor drainage. If you decide to transplant or for you next grow, I would mix in 20-25% perlite to help that.

Sounds like you have plenty of light for this one plant, and I like your LST'ing; a must for CFL grows.

GOOD WORK!

Thanks for the advice dude, just one thing, im not too crazy about yield for this plant since iv been through months and months of trying to get things right and getting a female so is it cool if i jus keep it on 12/12 or is it going to seriously seriously reduce the final yield?

Looks good! Your hard work is starting to pay off

No need to switch light cycles, could cause hermies, I think (?)...

Definitely look into some perlite for next time

I definitely understand where you're coming from! You will still be happy with the yield if you continue flowering w/o interruption.

like bigtopsfinn said, depending on the strain, it could stress the plant out to revert to veg

I'm curious as to what nutes (if any) you are using for flowering.

Nutrients is correct Miracle Grow has nutes in it already, but they last only a month or so. Also the buffers in the soil will run out, dropping the ph. Eventually you will have to get nutrients, you just need the appropriate bloom (flowering) nutes for now. Might as well get a ph pen (Milwaukee $25) and ph up and down at the same time.

From what I understood, you just planted the seed in that pot you have now? Definitely re-pot a couple times next time. The importance of a continuous canopy: It's all about EFFICIENCY, baby!
