So i want to first say welcome to your first grow, and all the problems you will encounter. Most of the answers to your questions can be found in the "Stickies" under indoor growing. As well as loads of information about every aspect of growing.

One of two mistakes i can see from the pictures is:

1: Your plants have been stretching due to your light source not being close enough to the plant. (Thus the plant has trouble supporting its own weight. IE: You have to tie it to the stick)

2: White paper stapled to the wall (has good intention),but instead of painting was a cheap move and also a fire hazard. Please paint it flat white for the sake of your home, your safety, your plant, and any loved ones that might be in the area.

thanks for the info and were i live it stay away from the house ??? and that light keeps it prefectly warm checked it many many time with temp gun lol
also it areo gardern lights so dont get that hot but i know so noit the best but its going in time maybe the others will be better grows in time
