If someone were to have a perscription to smoke and possess marijuana, and were able to grow so many plants at a time, but didnt want the hassle or have the time to deal with growing it and didnt want to deal with the clinics to get the shit! Could they have someone grow it for them?

Well I found all the info I needed. It is legal to have a "Care Giver" A care giver is a person who grows marijuana for his/her patient, or he/she can also legaly sell the MJ to the local cannabis clubs. In the state of Colorado it is legal for a Care Giver to possess and grow up to 7 MJ plants in any stage at any time.

Well I have a few friends in CO that are registered MJ paitence, they are actually the ones who found this info for me. My family will be happy to know that my buddy in the states will hook em up. He hates the hassal of the clubs and growing.
