Well I see the post today about the new strains in and wanted to try some of their OG.

Went down this evening, and guess what I found..

WTF happened? I thought everything was being capped at $50. Now half the strains are $65 and up, and $85 WTF is that!! That is straight highway robbery.

Guy was like, "these are rare genetics. no one in town has the 'real og'"

Damn for $85 if it doesn't come with a blowjob I ain't buying it.

For sure. I mean, what do I have to lose? Maybe you do have something there, what if you are some sort of super grower? Maybe you've discovered some new stuff? And which again, I DO NOT want to sound sarcastic, because I am honestly curious.

I currently have a good amount of Bryan's "Fire OG", and it is GREAT. So I'll be able to compare side by side, which is invaluable in testing.

I'm not a person to get malicious or say negative things about others as a general rule (far from perfect though) BUT I am also not a dude who believes in BS, and I will call it as I see it. So while I promise respect, if your stuff sucks, I'm confident enough in my ability to say it. Fair enough?

If you think you're up to it, I'm in, and I welcome others to join in. If dude is willing to give you what would normally be $30.00 or more worth of herb to take his challenge, why not go in with an open mind? He never claimed that ANYTHING but this OG stuff was otherworldly, so it seems to me that it is this strain, and the sack to charge $85 an 1/8th for it, that is under the microscope.

Considering that I've purchased a few different strains of A+ fire at other dispensaries for $40-$45 cheaper an eighth, I will not do business at DPG. Even if its the best pot in the world.

Rare genetics or not, DPG is ripping people off and taking advantage of sick patients. Unless they lower prices to a reasonable level, they will not have repeat customers and they will fail. And honestly, I could care less with 400 other dispensaries in the area. The way the carry on on these forums, coupled with the prices...sounds like they are putting profit over patients and they have nothing to offer on these forums or the plight of our movement except for mindless, relentless advertising. Maybe they're nice guys, but I'll never know because I am boycotting DPG.
