Thread: MMJ License Fees released are per #patients, but know way to know # of patients

The difference between having been declared as provider by 300 patients vs 301 patients is $4000, but medical marijuana businesses have no way to find out exactly how many patients they are provider for, nor do they have any control over who declares them as provider.

In this matter the State has made it very difficult to be confidently be in compliance with their guidelines.
