Giuliani Dodges the Shadow of His Own 9/11 Inconsistencies
Reporters Seek True Account of Giuliani's Role During WTC Attacks and an Explanation for His Past Lies and Contradictions

Reporters from WeAreChange.org and Infowars.com continue to follow former mayor Rudy Giuliani on his campaign trail in effort to finally resolve a long string of inconsistent and dodgy accounts of his role during the events of 9/11.

Sabrina Rivera asked Giuliani why he lied to her during a previous confrontation when he denied any foreknowledge of WTC collapses, despite numerous archived public statements to the contrary.

Giuliani, however, refused to even acknowledge questions put to him, evidently no longer willing to face investigative journalists and critics as he attempts to exploit the myth of his 9/11 heroism all the way to the office of the presidency.

Several reporters were blocked from even entering the public fundraiser in Brooklyn despite holding press passes, but approached Giuliani outside afterwards.

Because Giuliani has indicated that he received prior warning about the collapse of WTC buildings and later changed his account, suspicion about his role in 9/11 has only grown alongside mounting evidence that the Twin Towers and WTC Building 7 were destroyed by controlled demolition.

1. September 11, 2001: Giuliani's initial account to Peter Jennings that he was warned of collapse

The former mayor clearly indicates that he was warned about the collapse of the World Trade Center while operating from the Emergency Management Center.

"We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse," Giuliani told ABC's Peter Jennings during a phone interview on 9/11.

2. April 19, 2007: Giuliani Caught In Bizarre Building 7 Lie

Giuliani was also caught in a bizarre Building 7 lie during an Oklahoma City Bombing memorial event earlier this year when he claimed-- and explained in some detail-- that WTC Building 7 collapsed "in stages." He also told cameras and former Oklahoma City Mayor Ron Norick that he expected the twin towers to collapse but "not in the way they did."

He added that "it occurred to all of us that it would ultimately collapse-- the way buildings usually collapse, which is in stages...the way Building 7 came down-- over a period of time."

Here Giuliani reaffirms the account that he expected the towers to collapse but also needlessly elaborates on an obviously inaccurate account of Building 7's collapse-- which clearly fell all at once in a matter of seconds, not "in stages" or "over a period of time." (SEE VIDEO BELOW)

Strangely, Giuliani seems almost indifferent to the validity of the story he is corroborating-- seemingly more focused on the style and intonation of his storytelling as he departs greatly from both his previous public testimony and from reality itself (video proves that none of the buildings collapsed "in stages").

3. May 29, 2007: Giuliani Confronted By 9/11 Truthers, Lies About WTC Collapse

Members of WeAreChange.org ask Giuliani how he sleeps at night after allowing rescuers to go to their deaths when he knew the towers would fall.

Giuliani tells them "I didn't realize the towers would collapse. I never realized that." He later added, "No one that I know of had any idea they would implode. That was a complete surprise."

Again, Giuliani had told cameras just over a month before: "It occurred to all of us that it would ultimately collapse-- the way buildings usually collapse, which is in stages."

Here Giuliani adds the proviso that the buildings were expected to collapse "the way buildings usually collapse... perhaps over a period of nine or ten hours."

But this answer is no more satisfying because no modern steel frame building has ever collapsed due to fire.

Glaring examples of this include the Windsor Building in Madrid-- a 32-story steel framed building that burned intensely for more than 28 hours yet did not collapse-- a period of time well over Giuliani's "nine or ten hour period."

The World Financial Center building in Shanghai burned for two hours recently before flames were subsided-- longer than either of the twin towers burned before they collapsed.

Giuliani's trail of lies, contradictions and revisionism will go on haunting him as activists continue to demand truth and justice for the victims of September 11.
