First off I know when my tests are coming so I dont do any drugs 48 hours before I drop. I take creatine supplement and eat red meat for every dinner 3 days before the test. The creatine turns to creatinine after 2-3 days, so it helps the test come back not diluted. Plus red meat contains creatinine normally. It helps so you dont come back diluted.

The morning of my test I drink 48-64oz of water 2-3 hours before the test, or until I'm pissing clear. Then I pop one or two B-complex vitamins one hour before my test to add color to my urine.

This has worked amazing for me for the last 9 months not one failed test, and my metabolizem is slow as fuck.
