let me start by saying im on probation and i cannot fail any drug tests, i stoped smoking and using opioates on day 5 before drug test. NOTEi weigh 155 lbs, 6 ft fall(very slender)Be careful. if your BMI is high you need to stop smoking at least 8 days before you are tested.

day 5-Stop smoking

day 4-did absolutly nothing.

day 3 before drug test-worked out for roughly 1 hour doing strenious boxing workouts to sweat as much as possible. Starting eating high fiber foods and just started to drink a glass of oj,and a glass of water every 2 hours.

day 2-moderatly drank the same as day 1,no workout, ate more fiberous foods

day 1!-i work 3rd shift so that hole night every 30 mins i consumed 8fl oz of water and every 3 hours 1 glass of OJ. 2 hours before my test i consumed 2 viamin b-12 tablets and moved my water drinking to every 20 mins roughly.

I get 3 panel drug tests for cocaine,marijauna,and meth.GOOD LUCK to all you probationee's out there
