I'm an off and on smoker. I will smoke for about a week straight then not have any for a few months. Currently I haven't smoked in 2 months. And I took about 3-4 hits a week ago. How long will it stay in my system? I have to take a drug test for the medical program that I intend to sign up for. I'm not sure if it's a urine or hair test. How will I wager on both?

I can't say I know much about the hair thing, but you should be good and clean already for the urine test. You don't have a built up of THC in your system to worry about. A home test from a pharmacy would help determine if I am right.

If its just for medical insurance I would sub with synthetic urine. They are looking for pre-existing conditions. If they don't cover your health problems why have insurance.

Synthetic urine will also help is you don't want to disclose that you are a smoker due to higher insurance rates. Insurance programs often use a nicotine (off topic) test for that as well.

No, it's an EMT program for a private ambulance company. I don't know if they use urine or hair tests. I'm hoping that its urine. I know thats safer than hair, since I have long hair.

if its a urine test just drink lots of water and piss a lot
if its a hair test i advise on shaving your head
