Ok so I MIGHT have a drug test in exactly 1 week because that is my court date(marijuana related) and its a good chance they might drug test me. I have been a heavy user and I last smoked on friday. I plan on exercising a shit load everyday at my dads gym to get rid of the THC. I weigh 135 pounds and I am about 5'6 and I NEVER gain weight no matter what I eat and I'm kinda skinny so I guess I have a fast metabolism. My questions are:
1.how many days before the drug test should I stop exercising?
2.Do you think I even have a chance of passing clean or should I just use substitution? They might watch me, they might not; I have no idea because its court and I've never been to court.

Is this court date for sentencing? Since your charge is marijuana related, i would think they would expect you to be dirty. At least that has been my experince.

They wont drug test you on the day of sentencing. They usually say you have x amount of days to go get an assessment or enter treatment which would suck.

zohowie is right....I highly doubt that you will be drug tested right after court. If you aren't ordered a drug class during court then you might be able to get out of it if they do end up testing you and you come up negative. Never admit to smoking if you don't have to. Going in clean enough to pass a test is generally always safe thing to do. Court related tests are generally always observed. I think there is a chance to dilute but you have to put forth the effort to practice a few times before.
