I am being hired to work for a good local funeral home. They said that I will be going to a clinic to get a drug test and test for Hepatitis B. They asked if I had a vaccine before, I said no. They told me that they would test and get me one. I don't know exactly how this process is going to go. I know for sure tat I do not have hepatitis, but I am worried about them doing a blood test because I am planning to sub clean urine. Anyone know if they can do both via blood. Maybe they will take two things of blood, one for each test. Anyone had anything similar before? Any ideas or any comments?

Blood test will only show thc 3-5 days. If this is within your time zone you will be fine.

Thanks. Just my luck, the last time I smoked will have been exactly 5 days. I was a daily smoker until 3 weeks ago(only half a bowl of dirt weed, daily). Then I quit for about 4-5 days, then I smoked half a bowl each day for a few days. The last time I smoked was half a joint with a friend 3 days ago. So I guess that puts me right on the line. It is really important that I get this job. Is there anything I can do until monday to help me pass if it is a blood test????? I can't find much info on blood tests.

Well, yesterday I took my drug test. I used the substitution method as I had planned. My girlfriend never smokes, but she smoked one hit a little over 2 weeks ago. She took a home drug test to make sure it came up negative. It did. So I had her drink water to dillute just a little, not too much so that it doesn't seem suspicious. I had her pee twice in the morning and then had her fill up a 3 oz. bottle with the third pee of the day, mid-stream pee of course (I made sure she filled it all the way to the top with no air in the bottle, because the air will make a sloshing noise when walking). I used a microwavable hot pack (like the ones for your knee you get from the drugstore) I wrapped the hot pack around the bottle with a rubber band and put it in an insulated lunch bag. I took with me a roll of elastic bandage (like ace bandage that sticks to itself), and a thermometer (like an under-the-tongue one). I drove to get my paperwork and then to a public restroom to get ready. I had on two pair of tighty whitey undies and my boxers with some loose fit jeans and a nice polo shirt (look good so you don't look suspicious). I wrapped the bandage around the top of my thigh near the boys. I checked the temp (it was about 103 degrees so I let it cool a bit til it was 99 degrees). I tucked the bottle under the bandage with the top of the bottle near my ass, keeping the bottle right under my balls. I pulled up my tighty whities and made sure they were holding the bottle close and tight. Pulled up my boxers and pants and you couldn't even see it. I went straight to the clinic and filled out my paperwork and waited. It took about 35 minutes then they called me. They had me empty my pockets and put everything in a locker. I made friendly conversation with the lady and she was very laid back and nice. Where they have you give your sample wasn't a room with a real door. It was like a row of stalls like you would find in a public restroom. There was a crack on both sides of the door where you could see in, but your back would be facing the door. So I was very careful to not move around abnormally, I reached in and grabbed the bottle, quietly opened it and poured the pee in the cup. I tucked the bottle back in my undies and checked the temp on the cup, it was 97 degrees. I zipped up and gave the lady my sample. She took it and checked it for temp, wrote down on my paper that it was all okay, then she poured it into anouther little bottle to get tested. I signed the label and was on my way with a smile. I am now waiting to hear from the employer. I am 99% positive it was a PASS, but I am very nervous and I keep thinking the worst. I have done this before and I know it works, but the feeling you have until it is confirmed you pass is just AGONY!!! I should get a call today or tomorrow so I will give an update as to what happened.
