I have quickfix heated it up a couple times but still says it good to go can heat multiple times i believe. I wanted to pass the natural way and stop smoking but have bin failing at home drug tests. So wondering how to use this quick fix? 10sec in microwave and then put a heat pad on it??

And what are good detox drinks to take.

I just heat it in the microwave for 10 sec. rubberband the heating pad to it, and stick it in the front of my boxers. worked like a charm.

I can get the bottle from room temp to within range in about 20 minutes using only my body heat, but I am 240 and just shy of 6 foot (average size overall). I just put it under my taint and wear boxer briefs. Don't try to put it in the pocket of some basketball shorts under your pants, they will be able to see it. Just get some boxer briefs of tighty whiteys and stick it under your taint. If you're rail thin use the heat pad but I never needed it especially if I microwaved it first. Make sure if you use the heat pad you don't get it too hot.

If I were to grow cannabis, I would only do so to supply myself and my close friends. Shouldn't need the heat pad if you just nuke it for 10 seconds and stick it in your crotch. I can keep in range for about 3 hours doing that.
