Ok, So here's the deal. Male 6'1" 200 pounds I recently graduated college and should be offered a job at an IT firm. The last time i smoke was May 26th. Between the the 14th and the 26th I was heavy smoker (at least once a day). Before that I was a moderate smoker (3-5 times a week). I work out 5 times a week (usually 30 mins cardio, so I sweat a lot), and drink a lot of water. I will probably be tested sometime next week 8th-12th.

Should I take a Q-Carbo or Golden Seal? I heard some companies test for the masking agent and you can fail anyway. Is this true?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

In this economy I kinda need this job.
