experienced tester needs help here

So a bit of backround. I have been getting unsupervised UA's for about a year and a half now and never had to stop smoking weed . But i recently got put on "low risk" probation. The chances of them UA'ing me are slim. But I got paranoid and wanted to get clean, and clean as fast as possible. Now i have used the substitution methode many many many times but, with this whole probation thing, it could be at any time and where so i would not be able to do the substitution method and i think they hold the cup for you but I'm not sure. I am in Low Risk Juvenile Probation. (Call once a month dont need to check in) im 18 now but got the charge when i was 17.

ANYWAYS SORRY FOR THE LONG BLOCK OF TEXT HERE ARE MY STATS:

*Male.
*18.
*White(german).
*130 LBs.
*5'6.
*Smoking for about 3 weeks now.
*Gram a day + my last 3 days smoked 4+G's a day because i cant stay clean when i own weed ha, so i smoke it all.
*Upper Mid Weed.
*Last smoked 2 Hours ago

I want to be THC FREE COMPLETELY within 1-2 weeks. I used niacine before, wont ever again that stuff sucks. Planning on working out an hour a day about, im lazy,

QUESTION: DO HOTTUBS WORK IN THE SAME WAY AS A SAUNA DOES?! (my ymca no sauna but they got a hot tub)

IDEA FOR THE NEXT 1-2 WEEKS:

*doing hottub and swimming to work off fat (YOU SWEAT THE MOST IN SWIMMING MORE THAN ANY OTHER SPORT) i used to be a swimmer before i started smoking weed about 4 years ago .

*Swimming 20 mins hottub 10 mins ... . . .. ect ect.

*weight lifting but not much like 20-30 min a day i like cardio more.

*Following the dilution method exactly or to the best of my ability which is pretty precise.

any tips. anything i missed that you need to know about my size or whatever. any other details that you need to know let me know.

wish me luck iv been faking them for 2 years now but i cant fake this one.

The chances of being clean in 1 or 2 weeks are slim.
Exercise,high fiber diet with metamucil
3 days before UA stop exercising and change to fat red meats.
A hot tub won't help. You have to burn the fat by exercise. Swimming will help. Cardio would be better than weight lifting.
Definitely follow the dillution sticky the morning of the UA. Substitute gatorade for the water.

Do probation officers observe you when you pee? first time on probation.

They have the right but some don't bother I would operate under the assumption that they will be watching. You do NOT want to get caught subbing on probation.
