So, I'm 17 years old, 154 lbs and 6 foot 3. In March of this year my friend and I both got our weed taken away and my bong taken away. I thought I got off, but then at the end of May I get this letter in the mail saying how I have to either go to court or I can do diversion since it was my first offense.

So I picked diversion, because it's not worth getting possession and paraphernalia on my record...

I smoke weed a lot... 4-5 days out of the week, a few bowls out of those days... And then I start thinking, "what if they give me ua?" so my question basically is... Are they going to make me do a piss test? Or am I just going to be talking to someone, and they'll make me take some drug course?

I hear a lot of different things... And was wondering what the best thing to do would be to beat the piss test. I know it's too late to flush it out of my system...

although i dont know how it works where you are...

From what i understand most diversion programs include probation.....and if you ARE put on probation for a drug offense they normally give you a base test(piss) for your first report.....this base test you aren't required to pass because obviously if you smoked up until you were put on probation it would still be in your system....

even though you aren't expected to pass the BASE(if thats what it is and they tell you thats what it is) its better to pass it

I hear so many different things though. Some people say I'll have to go on probation, some say it's just a slap on the hand, and others say I just need to sign off some papers, and I might be given a curfew...

I hate this. I smoke weed, it's not like I'm hurting people around me. If I have to quit for this whole summer, I'll just flat out die. Haha

man up and grow some balls more or less smoking weed is not your life


if they do want to give you a ua STOP SMOKING, prep yourself to dilute and be ready to come up positive if you do come up positive they will look for your levels to steadily drop so continue to not smoke, eventually they will take you off ua's and you can smoke till the cows come home

Yeah there have been a few posts recently on testing while on probation. They will look for spikes in your thc levels so your best bet is to lay off the smoke until you are off probation. Its not worth the risk...
