Hi all-

I am expecting to be tested when I arrive at my new client in 5-days. This is an assumption based on similar clients in NYC testing their contractors inorder to receive a security badge for the building - so it may be a building thing as opposed to the client, I am not exactly sure who is responsible for administering the test. I do know though that my employer does not test unless a person is suspected of using a substance while at the office, which I would not do as I am a firm believer in responsible smoking. I am a daily smoker going on 10 years so there is no chance of me being clean by the test date. I have purchased Qucik Fix synthetic urine and am now beginning to hear mixed reviews. Can someone who has used this product provide any feedback for me?

Also, in regards to the legality of an unannounced drug test in NY state and NYC, not sure if there are differing rules. But is there anything protecting our rights in this regard; e.g. notice requirement? thanks

If it helps ease your worries, I just took my test last Thursday with QF 57 Batch F3A-09 and passed with flying colors.

I've used it aproximately 20 times for randoms and pre-employements and have never failed. Just practice keeping the temp right.
