FakeBoobsRule: Drug test week of Jul 20. Help!

FakeBoobsRule, after reading around the forums, it seems like you are especially knowledgeable in this field and I would really appreciate your opinion on this. And of course, anyone else is welcome to respond.

I am on drug-offender probation and get a UA every few weeks. This time, the gap was an extra week more than I usually get between screenings. So I made the decision to smoke yesterday for the holiday. A few months ago in a similar situation, I had smoked 16 days before my test and failed an at-home drug test (second line was barely there) before I went in, so I faked the test with clean urine. This time, I have smoked more heavily than last time and again have a 16 to 20 day window before my next test. I would really prefer to not have to fake it this time (I will if I have to, but it's risky)--what all can I do to increase my chances of coming up clean?

I don't trust nor do I have the money for "detox" systems from head shops or GNC, etc.. I am not sure whether diluting will invalidate my UA or not, so I'd prefer not to try it.

I already work out 3 times a week for powerlifting. Should I add steady-state cardio on my off days? I take creatine as a workout supplement, will this effect the outcome in any way? Changing my diet frequently is already part of my life, so what changes could I make to increase my rate of metabolization (high fat/high protein, high carb/high protein, etc.)? Should I up my intake of flax for added fiber? Drink extra water, cranberry juice? Also, I read on one of the posts that I should not be working out the week of my drug test to prevent the THC-bound fat molecules from exiting--any validity to this? Anything else that might help me out, I'm open to it.
