I am wondering if there is any way of preventing THC build up in my system when smoking. I have read about smoke it all in one sitting, aswell as waiting 3day intervals. I am just wondering if any of you have thought about this???

The only way to prevent THC "buildup" is to stop using altogether.

If you want to help for drug testing the only thing you can do is to exercise regularly and eat a high fiber diet with metamucil. It takes about 30 days for the fat cells to recycle so there isn't much of any way to spped it up.

ok thnx for the response's il try to get some metamucil and stay active but i had to wait 68 days before '' I " was clean. I spent tons of money on UA home tests and detox none of them worked.

Do not buy Permanent5, Strip , or Omni

they do not work i tried them all,

It just takes time. I cant tell u how happy i am now that im clean , i cant wait to smoke tho . After my job UA i am back in buisness
