I am going to use a Quick Fix sub at a lab where they say all samples are run under a GC/MS machine to verify results. This is a urine test to get into a nursing program.

Is this a cause for concern? I haven't found anything on this topic, but just to be safe I thought I would ask.

As long as you have the temp right it'll work fine.

I'm not too worried about the temp because I'm just going to suck it up and actually shove it inside of me, thank goodness I'm a female... not the most comfortable thing in the world, but there's no better way to make sure that it will be the same temp as the inside of my body than actually putting it inside my body. Vulgar I know....
I've been practicing and the only problems I'm running into are getting the cap off quietly and the gallug noise when I'm actually pouring it into the cup. Any suggestions?

Just pour slower. The cap and pouring noises are minor noises they shouldn't hear out side the door. Whatever you do, don't use the squirt top as it may make a sucking noise.

Good luck, pour slower and relax. It's so easy, a caveman could do it. (or cave woman)...

Thanks for the advice fellas.. I've been practicing non stop so I feel as if everything will go smoothly.

I was also thinking about pissing on the outside of the specimen cup. Just for kicks.
