Ok, so im definitely gonna go with dilution even though im giving myself about 40 days of abstaining just to be sure. I have the dilution process down but i have one question. What are some good ways to add gravity to the urine?

To keep specific gravity in check, drink Gatorade instead of water when using the Dilution method.

how about rolaids along with the gatorade? ive read on here that that helps keep the gravity in check...

I can guarantee you drinking gatorade or powerade instead of water will do the trick, read my dilution log, I tested for adulteration (dilution, substitution, chemical alteration) in addition to the dip sticks and the S.G was right where it was supposed to be the whole time. The reason it helps are the high amounts of electrolytes (mostly salt). I'm not sure why rolaids would help, I wouldn't count on them, but gatorade is proven. =)
