Hi, dh found out he has an employment u/a coming up (company got bought out, didn't know until today about test......). Have a clean sample of urine in freezer. Been there since about February. It's in a plastic container with a tupperware type locking top. Is it still good?
How should I thaw this for use? I read to run it over hot water....but would it be be better to have it closer to room temp? We also need to put it in other container to crotch it. So what should I do? Can I thaw it slowly in fridge and then heat it from there? The testing place will be at least an hour after leaving home, if not two or three....However it has been in the 90's here the past few days, thought I should mention that.
Where do you get those strips for temperature?

Just stick it in the refrig for a day or 2. Go to wally world and pickup one of those cheap digital thermometers in the pharmacy section.

Frozen urine is usually good for at least one year. In the fridge maybe 5 days at the most. Put it in the fridge it should be thawed in a day or so. Get one of those 4 hour energy 2 oz bottles from any convenience store to use for the sub. Put the urine in the container and fill it. Put in the microwave for 8 seconds and then jock it in your taint. It should be at an acceptable temp range for several hours, at least 3-4.
Don't be nervous, just think of it as going in an enclosed room and pouring some fluid in a container and that's it. It really is a joke to do if your not under a court order or probation and have to be observed. Follow the substitution sticky.
