Before I waste my money, can somebody tell me if Ultra klean wash works for heavy users(saliva test)? Test Monday morning. Already failed one. Cant fail again.

This morning. I'll be clean for 72 hrs. Someone I know just failed a saliva test for cocaine and hadn't done any in 7 days. That's why I'm a little bit nervous.
