I've read everything, still need advice

    Hi all,

I've been reading everything on here regarding my pre-employment UA. This job is with a major airline and it's a huge opportunity for me. I can't blow it.

Me part 1: I am 6'0 tall male weighing about 240 lbs. I smoke 1-2 bats per night every night of the week. I have a whizzinator but the dried synthetic urine is probably 2 years old and the brand is Golden Solution. So I won't use it just to be safe. Here in my home state, synthetic urine is now illegal so getting some quick fix is not an option. Plus my test is in a few days so driving outside of the state is not an option either. I have no male friends that are available to lone me their sample so I'm going to have to use my wife who is clean. I know that this is probably safe but I'm still very nervous about it.

Me part 2: There is a slight chance this screening could include a physical exam. It seems over the top but I must consider it as possible and me being hyper paranoid and smart, I am preparing as this will happen. The job is a basic office job, so the chances of a physical exam are probably very low. However, because it's possible I may have to strip down and throw on a gown, I am prepared to ditch the whizzo and hide it in my pants pocket while I throw on the gown. In this event I am also going to be following the dillution tips posted in the sticky. I got some creatine today and will take the 5 pills per day as recommended on the bottle.

Questions: Should I use my wifes urine or the dry synthetic that's been in my closet for 2 years? Should I skip the substitution and just go in using the dillution method? I do have 1 male friend who is clean but recently received some cortozone shots in his back and was prescribed some hydro codone and the possibility of that being discovered makes me nervous to use his sample. If I use the dillution method, can I take too much B-12? Mine are 500 mcg and will plan on taking 2 per glass of water for a total of 12 on the day of test.

Any other input is highly appreciated.

You should stick with the subbing plan. Since you have access to your spouses clean urine sample, by all means use it.

I would not trust the 2 year old synthetic sample.

    Thanks, Toast!

The other thing I'm unclear about when dilluting is how much creatine to ingest in the days prior. Today I took 5 pills as recommended on the bottle after a workout. Should I take more than this?

I'm also curious about how much B12 I can take and if there is "too much" I can take. Today during my practice dillution run, my pee is still clear and I've taken 12 b-12s at 500 mcg.

Nobody can answer this. That all depends on what your "baseline" creatinine level was before you started loading - and youre not going to know this without testing yourself with a validity test kit.

When utilizing dilution techniques its a good idea to have some validity test kits at hand, so you can monitor your creatinine and SG readings before and after loading. These test kits are inexpensive and can be found by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

The proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin) not B12. However, it must be understood that with creatinine and SG checks being lab SOP in recent years, sample color became the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color can still register unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine readings.
