Thread: Jobs that Drug test?

Hey im 16 and my dad is making get a job. The problem is i smoke a lot and am affraid of getting drug tested and failing. So my question is does anyone know of any places that dont drug test? Does anyone also know if Jimmy Johns subs, boston market, or dairy queen drug tests?

i doubt it. just get a detox drink or sumthin to be sure

...or you could just give up smoking until you don't have to answer to dad.

what i do is call the manager before i apply and just straight out ask "hey do u guys drug test" they always give a straight answer with no trouble

OH yea and most small stores at the mall dont drug test, and none of the little cart shops do. I work at a cart selling keychains. $7.00 an hour but i go baked everyday since i get 1 customer a week

Go to the smaller businesses and restaurants. It costs a good deal of money to do a drug test, and the smaller businesses don't have the money, or time, or desire to drug test people. Bigger corporations, such as Walmart, Lowe's, etc., they have the money and serious desire to drug test their employees. Restaurants rarely drug test (that does not count fast food restaurants, however). I applied at small businesses and didn't have any problem with drug testing.

yea dude, go work at a restaurant, they never drug test, cuz if they did, they wouldn't have any employees...I worked in the restaurant scene for 5 years and you can earn some serious cash, even as a bus boy. Only take a position that involves tips as the majority of your pay though, cuz its a lot more lucrative than working as a greeter/host...or a dishwasher...those poor bastards have it rough. People used to mistreat the hispanic dishwasher at my old restaurant all the time--theres no respect in that line of work. Anyway, be a server or a busser, and work peak nights like thursday, friday and saturday and you'll be rolling in dough.

If your 16 you are not looking for some Fortune 500 job thats for sure so just go to the nearest MaDonalds or Burger King type places and they dont drug test. There lucky anyone is willing to work at those places.
