I have been frustrated since getting some batches pinched by the eye in the sky this last season after watching them fly in their sleek black looking copters. I have begun to look into research on how their technology works and how the pilot is trained to look to try and maybe plant the opposite. I have been guerrilla growing for a couple of years now in mostly corn fields but sloppy people (noob growers) keep putting big plots all over and causing attention which leads to more money which leads to crazy helicopters coming to my rural Ohio town. I plant very scattered with not many per field using a Garmin GPS which gets me within a couple of feet then my eyes do the rest.

Here is a link i think pretty much sums up my hate towards the the drug war the media is there and they seize and run the the computer to show their pictures. I want to make a comment and say what is really on my mind about how they look so dumb standing there with cameras and making it seem like a plant is causing the worlds harm. Your the reason my tax dollars are waisted and my stress level raised.

Here are few pictures

some quotes... "A typical eight-hour flight day can cost between $3,200 and $5,000 for the aircraft time alone."

"Ohio ranked 10th in the country for number of outdoor marijuana plants eradicated in 2008, according to U.S. DEA statistics."

"BCI’s Outdoor Marijuana Eradication Program relies upon grant dollars from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s Domestic Cannabis Eradication/Suppression Program (DCE/SP). This year, BCI received a $480,000 grant from DCE/SP to fund marijuana eradication efforts in Ohio. The federal grant dollars allocated to BCI for this work continues to increase, growing from $385,860 to $445,000 between 2005 and 2008."

What do you guys think on this subject any ideas or strategies you may have

I will share some of my ideas for this year of scattering out plots with making no trails in thick brush/small tree and scattered using a GPS in corn fields of 10-15 per huge field for security.

Hey everyone,

Alright, this is my first grow, so I'm super inexperienced although I've been reading quite a bit online. I'm growing outdoor, from seeds found in a bag.

The climate is
Temperature: 25-30 Celcius
Humidity: 70-80%
light/dark: 12/12 year-round
Sun: Mostly sunny where the plants are planted

I have some specific questions i was hoping someone could answer:

1. Any differences in the soil mix suggested commonly on these forums? It's humid here so water doesnt evaporate nearly as fast. Should the soil be more sandy, less organic, etc?

2. Watering less often? wait until the surface gets dry right? that's like every 5 days or something here..

3. Biggest question!! When is this thing gonna bloom?? I know you change the light to 12/12 when you want it to bloom - well that's year-round here. Soo, does the plant just grow to a certain size and start blooming, or does it react to seasonal changes(wet season/dry season being the only change lol), or what?

4. The other main concern - mold. Is it going to be susceptible to mold? it is fairly breezy where the plants are located, will that be enough to stop mold from forming when it buds? what should i look for in terms of molds?

Thats about it at least for now.. Excited to see how this turns out!!

I grew my plants outdoors this summer in pots and they did okay considering we had rain the entire month of June. Anyway I still have 5 very large girls that need abother 4 weeks or more to mature. These were feminized seeds I bought online. White Widow and Himilayan Gold. Only problem is that they are Sativa's and where I live I should be sticking with Indica's. ( I think I have them right the leaves are real skinny and the buds look way different then the other plants they have fat fan leaves and the buds are more dense ) Okay so this is my issue and I do hope I can get answers very fast.
I have set up a nice grow room in my barn in an empty stall. I have an electric heater in there along with a fan and good lighting. I have 7 females that are ready to harvest and I have decided to do them one each night so I do not bite off more then I can chew. Harvested all 14 of my females last year and it was a long tedious job. I am manicuring my buds a bit tighter this year and have already gotten 3 plants dried and cured. The buds are pretty and I tested one of the smaller popcorn buds from the bottom of a plant. Got a real nice high.
Unfortunately in my barn I have chickens and I have to sweep the barn isles often. Even though the stall is closed up I have noticed a bunch of dust on the grow lights which means my plants are full of dust too. So hear is my question. BEFORE it gets too cold would it be okay for me to take a spray bottle and mist my plants really well to get the dust off of them before I harvest them???? Say I spray them down real well and then put the fan oscilating on them to dry them up before I cut them down???? I am wondering will this effect the trichomes at all??? Will it remove some of the THC from the buds??? While what I have tested does not taste dusty or anything like that I can run my fingers across a fan leave and see the dust on my fingers.........I need a solution to this problem. These 7 females have nice white milky trichomes and while I want to do what is best I do not want to screw up all my hard work. I could possibly set each plant in front of the fan and turn the fan up on high??? But I guess my first thought is using a spray bottle to mist the plant sown really well this would definitly get the dust off. AND I do not think they will take very long to dry with a fan blowing.

SO PLEASE HELP~!!!! It is time to harvest and our weather is getting colder as time goes by. I have been lucky enough to keep the stall at a consistent 60 degree's answers and suggestions are very needed as I am leaving for work in a few hours and would like to cut one of the plants down to trim up tonight so if this will work I will spray it before I go to work so it is dry when I get back.

Thanks for your help and feedback everyone.

I actually started smoking like 1 month ago. And as you guess, i really really like it. And since it's risky and expensive buying from a dealer, i thought maybe i can grow it. I'm not so serious tho, i did some research about it, that's all.

I can't grow it indoor, cause i live my parents and stuff. But i have like biggest yard outside, and no one could see planting the seeds.

I was just wondering, is it possible to grow it outside in winter condition? You know when it snows, freezes at night ? Cause, i just wanna start growing it right now.

Sorry about my english. Take care.

I have 6 pretty ladies that are about 10-20 days into flowering at the moment, all collected from random bags of good *mids*.

I've had my fair share of the *good* stuff in my time, my all time favorite being northern lights :). I guess maybe im a bit impatient and want to taste my ladies right now, being that this would be my first successful grow i wanna know if anyone else has turned bagseed into some one hitter quitter herb.

Put into guesstimated numbers id say the herb the seeds came from had about a 10-13% thc content opposed to say AK-47 strain having approx 24%.

With good care and no boys to infest the herd, i wanna know if i can raise that % to be competitive with some seedbank strains.

Lemme know what u thinK!!! :hippy:

the most amazing thing EVER just happened to me and my friends today! we decided to go over to my friends parents house(which he no longer lives at) to party because they're out of town. so we roll up a blunt and go out in the back yard to smoke it, and i'm just standing there when mike and everybody are looking over in the corner of the yard like it they just saw god, IT WAS A FULLY GROWN HYDROPONIC MARIJUANA PLANT!!!! :eek:holy fuck right?! like how the fuck we thought. turns out that it must have been seeds that we throu out there while partying last spring, and they actually fucking grew! well one anyway. And it is definitly top notch bud, it looks like something out of high time! i've got pictures on my phone and will upload them if i can find out how to. all of the bud together weigh 2 and a half ounces from just that one plant.

Have you ever heard of such a thing happening before to you or anyone? i didn't think it was even possible for hydroponic weed to grow outside, especially with no maintanance what so ever, it grow completely by itself and no one ever knew it even existed until today! it was in plain sight too. i still feel like i'm about to wake up any minute
