welcome to my 2nd log.
Meet "Ping" and "Pong"
Thai clones with LST.

clipped from mother aprox 17 weeks ago.(yes, 17, see the log)
had major rooting issues which slowed them to a crawl.
when they did take root, slowed their growin with low watts CFLs.
veg was under blue spec CFLs, 2 15's, then 2 26's with 18-6 cycle.
topped twice and went LST.
the pots are 12 in diam and 12 in deep.
moved to flower room approx 3 weeks ago.
MG soil+ 1/4 perlite, usin BigBloom and SuperThrive, also sprayed with Reverse today (saw nanners, tried to switch

).
This is a real Thai and will prolly take about 12-16 weeks to finish.
not too many updates, unless its dramatic.

pics start from 3 weeks ago, last week of veg.

then moved to flwr. 12-12
currently under 6 26w red cfl's, will get hps asap.

2 weeks ago,,,,, after 1 week 12-12.

and this past weekend

more to come.

Damn Rock.....leave it to you to take a lovely tall sativa and make it look like THAT!

Damn they really are growing nice.

ironically,,,,think back to my first post when (in my newbie optomism) i thought i was gonna do all kindsa stuff and instead had a near disaster.

NOW look at me

you're right! hahaha, yeah, i turned a Thai into a bush.
i counted at lest 15 "tips" which could develop into colas of varying size.

I'll try to get a close up of the main split, literally AT ground level!

funny, sure looks like more than 1 plant in each of those pots.

i'm trying to get the hps in a week.

Take it easy.....you've already got hermie issues......that sativa is probably VERY sensitive to stress.

ur rite, there i go gettin all fired up again, LOL.

i think we'll be ok, i plucked all the nads i found.
i keep checkin each mornin.
did spray down with the Reverse, and it said rite on the bottle "will knock down any unwanted flowers within 24-48 hrs"

i'll keep checkin em and spray again in 10 days.

i'll likely train and spray the Russians too.

I think the russians will stand up to you much better.....I had two pure haze plants that hermied on me because of some minor light coming through the kitchen window (I was growing outside at the time.....and here's ANOTHER reason I don't grow outside...

)
Makes me wonder about just how sensitive the sativas are generally.....

Well unlike your century long sativas the russians should be JUSST about ready for harvest.....

in my experiences, I have long suspected that 100% sativas, as well as 'most' exotic hybrids with lots of sativa-influence, seem to be more sensitive, and don't handle stress well ... just my 'suspicions', I don't have 'facts' to back it up, just running my mouth

snuck in under cover of darkness.

the new veg cabinet built under the main shelf was creating 'moonglow' thru the cracks. never tested it to be sure, was in huge hurry and slapped it together and ran outta town for a week.

ok, situation has been 100% corrected and tested for zero lite emmissions today.

sprayed the Reverse Tuesday and will again in 10 days from then, per the directions. please pray.

also plucked a couple more lil green jingle balls this AM.
will continue checking for them.
