I'd tend to agree with Opie about ph fluctuations and/or fert build up in your soil. I'd check the soil ph if I were you.....are you checking the ph of your water?
Like Opie says....it seems quite minor....but those things sure can spread in a hurry so watch it very carefully. Those plants REALLY looking stunning......and naturally you want to keep them that way.

Hi,
I have watching this thread too and am excited by the great results! I was experimenting with Swiss Miss in a greenhouse trying for a winter crop. I started about the same time you did we were having about 10 hours of sunlight temps were on the cold side but no frost using foxfarm. Your plants are easily twice the size of mine.

Hey stealthy crew...just wondering if you'd figured out your electric billz for these bad boys. I'm guessing somewhere around 15-20 bucks per month for the three lights?
Still looking amazing...email me a bowl when they're done please.

Not Mg def... we should all be able to recognize that by now: Mg def presents as REGULAR STRIPES between veins.
That's K def, textbook. You have it as a lockout coming from soggy, acidic soil conditions.
You are using pots with built-in drip trays I'll bet, and as a result, both drainage and the ability of oxygen to get at teh root zone are greatly impacted, resulting in soggy soil and reducing/anaerobic conditions. Ph is probably dropped out of range too by the looks of things.
Rip off the drip trays, drill additional holes in the sides of the pot, flush with pH'd water, water with a grow fert at 1/4 strength plus some Serenade if you have it (those conditions are perfect for fungus).

i tried one of those too. they don't work all that great you'd get more accurate readings just testing ph of the runoff from each pot. looking hgood though

woohoo i got five bucks ... they had the trays on them, but as WT told me at the start that they would not work for MJ, we pulled them off prior to planting. we did however cover 4 of the 8 holes on bottom and set them on the clear plastic trays. put an inch to an inch and a half of rock then soil. we watered, settled and planted.
Really hope its not PH as it could show up in all of them if thats the case. we'll work on her today, though she seems to be doing better after the flush and attention shes gotten. thanks again
thanks D, Can I get a liquid PH meter at the DEPOT or do i need to find a garden shop?

thats about right, no higher. I want to wait for summer to do an accurate test. On and off cold fronts make it hard to judge against last year.
savannah check out this LED Grow: 1st grow, 56W max, Northern Lights
thanks all,

you can find liquid pH test kits at aquarium supply shops or in the fish tank section of a decent department store.
Uncover those holes!!! More drainage=happier plants. Think how much more comfy Birkenstocks are than muck boots...

Everyone says those don't work, but I bought one a few days ago when I was planting my blueberries (real ones). Did you know that they prefer soil PHd to 4.5? And you thought MJ liked acid. Anyway, that soil PH tester seems to work just fine for me. You just have to make sure you follow the directions. Like SnS said, you can't just stick it in and read it.
Then my damn dog pulled out half the friggen blueberry bushes. Anyone want an expensive Chesapeake Bay Retriever?

I been following this thread quietly but I'm realy amped. Hope it turns out well for you. Maybe it will spark the LED revolution in growing and the proffesional grow lights will become a bit cheaper. LED clusters are cheap to put together oneself but theres the problem of getting the right light wavelengths. On that note has anyone been able to get that graph showing the correct wavelengths for cannabis from the High Times mag?
It sucks being in South Africa because it's realy difficult to get hold of any copies

Not that it means much, but there is more to it on my directions.

Ditto. I'm tired of begging. Nobody who has the chart has a digital camera or scanner?
