Look back a few posts, or look closely, and you will see those are nursery starting flat inserts with indvidual cells. They will be transplanted this weekend.

Stinky, when I lable my plant's I lable the pot which as you know you can't really do when your trying to root clones or start seeds, mostly because I use some kind of rooting device (I'm not to picky about which one because they all work if used right). My question is what do you use to mark the leaves? It looks like a Sharpie but they are toxic. If it is a Sharpie haqve you ever had any complications and if it ain't what kind of marker is it. That's a great idea, I've never seen anyone do this before on any kind of plant but it sure would hlep me out a lot.

Those things are good for everything... I can slap my gangsta tag on the leaves of my plants so all my homies know where my turf is at.

I don't have issues with them, and can say confidently that they do not appear to be toxic to plants, used in that manner, as I've recently HARVESTED a couple from-clone plants that still bore a healthy leaf with the original clone label still visible in black ink!

I potted up the DD clones this weekend. They all showed healthy roots after 2 weeks (pic. 1). No deaths or significant leaf dieoff.

The family is shown in pic 2.

The culls are shown in pic 3- these were the plants that I did not consider worth cloning, and they went into flower on Sunday.

Pic 4 is a healthy DD that has 3 strong tops and is my current favorite for a prospective breeder of either sex.

Pic 5 is a sexy, healthy BlueMoonRocks.

Since I plan to put the outdoor crop out Aug 1st, I don't expect giant plants, so I won't be digging giant pits for them to live in.
Instead, I'll just stick them in soil prepared as for a garden, hoed up nice n loose, but with some added bat shit.
That doesn't sound right.

Hey what ever you feel is good and you def have knowlege but why so soon if August is 5 months away. I understand the five day light shut down but were is the five month in door start from? just grab a few 1000 HPS and flower them bad boys... LOL Or like my buddy with the pit some procyon 100's (hope that works good by the way). All kidding around though all intensions for those will be outdoors in August they will be huge... What ever your plans are I see you are more then capable go New England.... Getting my Sensi SOur Dees going now they are sproutting everyday... I will have some pics in a few days.... Looking good, Stinky. Using the Dip-n-Grow, about how long does it take for the roots to poke out of the RRs? I'm lucky to see roots after 7-10 days using my old crappy Jiffy pellets and crappy rooting powder... and they definitely don't pop out looking all content and healthy, like yours. I think it's definitely time for me to update my cloning methods...

I love the first pic i always think micro roots are so cool. Also thanks for the response about the ratings the negative rating on your thread was what sparked my interest. As i looked it was on almost everyone anyway its good your getting things started indoors cause looks like winters not ending anytime soon.

I DO have access to a 2400 watt flower room if the bug should bite me... in fact, the culls are already in it! Eye candy to follow... lol
The reason I started so EARLY is that someone asked me to do a seed run for them so they could start on TIME in late April or early May. Part of this log will be selecting parents and doing a cross.
