Harvest Totals
I weighed the dried plants at one pound twelve ounces. After I removed all branches and stems the total weight is 16 Ounces = One Pound of nice buds. We should be good to go for a while. <G>

Thanks for the comments, folks. I'll be farting around in the veggie garden until later this summer before I start my next grow, which will be AK-47 and Nevilles' Haze.

Looking forward to seeing the Neville's and ak47 log, couple of wish list grows of mine. I'll be sure to check in.

Thanks again, All.
A preliminary smoke report.
Smells like Bubblegum usually does, sweet.
Smooth taste, not much expansion.
Potency is strong, I'll say 8/10. Has white out potential as head rushes after a couple of hits is common. Good body high, relaxing.
Plants were 3' tall and dense.
Flowering 8 weeks

More Smoke Report Details
Additional Smoke report.
There are seven jars of curing herb, each has some distinguishing physical qualities. We were smoking two varieties, a red hair bud and a bud with less hair and sweeter taste.
Both have a great buzz, with no anxiety. Very energetic and creative high. I'm very pleased with these plants.

Sounds like you have great bud producing a great high, which you should not tire of for awhile to come - being nice in and of itself given the fact YOU HAVE A FLIPPIN' LB OF IT! Shov, you have done a helluva job with this grow, and I'm happy you have some incredible results to show for it!
Hope your 4th party exceeded your expectations for it!

Making Butter
Well, today I took half of the trim from this grow and another oz of trim from my last grow (about three ounces all together) and making some cannabutter. All chopped and mixed, it's cooking on the stove for all day and into tonight. Not sure what I want to make with the butter yet, maybe just a butter and jelly samich for breakfast tomorrow.
I just opened a jar with 1.25 oz of plant #8, which had a wonderful smell, different from the others. Just a little bowl, three light hits, and I'm set for a while. Hope all you fine peeps are enjoying your Friday!

Shov,
Just was checking your grow log what beautiful plants you grew. I have never tried an inside grow it intimidates me(G)
I am definitely going to try the 36 hours of darkness before harvest you suggested, it makes perfect sense.
In the past I have used aquarium charcoal bags and those silca bags as a desiccant agent to help with drying when the weather is cooler or wet. You can pick up a bunch of those bags on amazon for less then $10 and they are reuseable.

Yes, drying was a challenge with the humidity this time. Luckily, we got some dry weather and everything is crispy. Thanks for the silica and charcoal idea and looking forward to your grow log.
