Ok here it Is again. NYC Diesel and one Hypnoberry. Diesel's all popped on May 24th, Hypno on June 1. using 4 T5's and General Hydro Nutes along with FoxFarm Soil.

1. NYCD (suspected Female 3 1/2 inches)
2. NYCD (suspected Male 5 inches)
3. NYCD (suspected Female 4 inches)
4. NYCD (suspected Male 6 inches)
5. HypnoBerry coming soon.

Oh I forgot to Post on last one, that in these pics, Pic #5 is a NYCD plant, the same age as all the others but for some reason had trouble growing in the beginning but finally took off. I dont have a Hypothesis yet on this plant

Sadly They all have been stricken with heat stress, due to my T5 chains slipping and getting to close. But they are still growing Well! Im waiting another week before Force Flowering and then its 10 weeks for the NYCD and 8 for the Hypnoberry

Just water them good for a couple days and they should pop right back up. I keep my T5's about 6 inches away.

Yeah I was doing that. They are all a bit damp so im letting them dry out a bit more.

My guess would be to reflect some light.

You said you had 4 T5's.. is that just one with 4 bulbs or 4 units?

Thank you greendestiny for answering the question, it reflects light up towards the underside of the leaves, hoping to help with the lower nodes.

I have 2 Units that hold 2 2 foot bulbs in each.

Just today I forgot to leave my A/C running when I went to work, and we had a HOT day. Like 95+. House temp was 90 when I got home, and my grow cab was at 93. It was like this for about 8 hours, and I'm only a week from harvest. I hope to god that everything will be ok. What do you think?

hey bomb. if my typing sucks its because i just took cuttings from all 4 nycd's and cleaned the razor blade off and sliced my finger open. ouch.

I think ur stuff will b fine. one day wont be bad. ive had high temps b4 and they went longer then 8 hours ha. what state r u in? im in NY and its been like 75

anbesol, those are some beautiful, big, wide leaves you have there! I know those babies will yield some beautiful bud! I can't wait to watch the NYCD grow and see the harvest and smoke report. I've heard and read nothing but incredible things about that strain. It is a bit pricey for me at this stage in my growing experience, but look forward to possibly trying it in the future. I have not heard as much about Hypnoberry - I will have to research it a bit.

I hope you don't mind me adding some simple, well-deserved kudos to your thread.

Thanks Jakezking, by all means tag along. im not doing pictures all the time, just changes. the plants are starting to sex, so as soon as i can really tell, then there will be more pics. im pretty sure my last hynoberry plant is a male (waste of money for 10 seeds)

FUCKING GREAT NEWS!!!

OUT OF THE 5 NYCD PLANTS I AM GROWING.

I HAVE 3 CONFIRMED FEMALES!!! THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL LITTLE PISTALS!!! one of them is too small to tell right now, and one that i figured would be female seems to me may be a male. its the smallest plant out of all of them and it seems it may have balls. will wait a bit longer. maybe 5 more days before I kill him.

OH GLORIOUS DAY! JUST 9 more WEEKS haha (maybe)

Ok i have to admit that when it comes to rock wool, i fuck everything up. i dont know what it is, but i cant make anything grow in rock wool. So i just ripped out all 10 clones and decided to start over, since i know which ones are females. Im just going to stick to what i know and use good ol' soil. Im really excited to do this, so once the grow is over i can choose a mother i like and stick with her.

Bombdiggity, hit me up with some of that BB and Bubble and ill smoke u up some NYCD when shes all finished :-) haha.

what is giving you the ideas on the sex?? whats the signs of this at that early of age.. just curious..

looking awesome anbesol. cool to hear they're flowering, as much as the NYCD is sure to promise I'm interested in seeing how the Hypnoberry does, it sounds like a pretty decent cross.

I never have any luck with rockwool either. I always end up overwatering it. the same goes with those peat pellet things, which I can say have to be worse than rockwool (you have to submerge them in water so they expand, and by that time, you've already overwatered).

I know alot of people that root clones in soil and wouldn't do it any other way. the only advice I can give is not to mist the clones much while rooting like alot of people suggest - as long as the humidity level is fine and the medium stays damp it's unnecessary. what you can end up doing is babying the cuts too much, so they'll be reluctant to root. that's what I've heard at least, and I think that's partially where I've went wrong in my past cloning attempts.

good idea with the tin foil over the pots to reflect some light to the undersides of the leaves. I'll have to remember that.
