Plant is getting 8-9 hours in the sun as a seedling that is very very low. And your days will be getting longer and longer (you are being below the equator, right?) so how is it gonna know when to start to bloom? The normal time for that is next march or so. If it starts when 12/12 is becoming 14/10 and maybe even 15/9 it just might go hermie or go back to veg state again.
To answere your first question.
No I don't think you will get any smoke out of your plant by just having it in your window and water it. You need a string of luck for it to happen.
1. It becomes a female plant.
2. Without a lightsource apart from the sun you are growing it in the wrong season for being south of equator. It will start flowering but just when your days are getting longer and longer not shorter and shorter as it should be.
3. you don't seem to know even the absolute basics of cannabis growing.
So, if you are gonna get smoke out of that particular plant my bet that's gonna be end of next april from a huge bush of a plant growing in a 5-7 gallon pot after having flowered and revegged later this year. When it flowers the next time it has been in veg for 8-9 months and if you pull that off growing in a window in what I suspect is a very densly populated area I am impressed
On the swedish forums as a side note we do have a 14 month old plant that a guy just kept as a "pet" not as a mother or anything. He is gonna put that bad boy (girl) monster into flowering now.
Good luck man, not to be negative but I think you are gonna need it in this case. It wont die for you but I doubt you will smoke it.
