Well im just about to start a grow with some lowryder automatic seeds.
Ive got 3 20-30 watt cfl lights and I was wondering what sort of yield I would expect to get off 4 plants?

where did u get the seeds from

you need to really get more lights for that grow if you want a good harvest out of 4 plants

usually you should average one oz a plant if done right...
