Wow those look fantastic im speechless... I just got dutch passion's purple#1 5 femal seeds so they are only about 10 days old but ill be starting my grow log when they get a little bigger...Where did you get the seeds to start those purple plants??? Looking forward to your response...

Awesome killa...Very uniform...

As far as a name goes for a purple strain,there was a guy in NYC in the 70's named "Peter Purple"...Whether he was ridin' his bike or at a concert or just walkin' around Manhattan,this guy always wore head to toe purple tie-dyed clothes...Just a thought...Pleasure watchin' you do your thing as always Brother K!!!

I bought a 4x4x6.5 tent with a digital 600w cooltube with a 6 in vortex on the light and a 6 inch rvk on the carbon filter.

i personally use jiffy pellets but you can go directly into the perlite as well.....both will work the same.....and the seeds are from a friend that gifted me them to continue to work the strain which is exactly what ive been doing...there is some background about it in one of my logs......around my parts there are plenty of different strains but purple weed only comes around only so often!

Also with the jiffy pellet once the roots come out of the screen should i cut the screen off and place the whole thing right in the hempy bucket???

I didn't wait for the roots to grow through the netting on the Jiffy pellets. I've read that you can damage the roots by pulling off the net if the roots are poking through.

I germinated my last batch in indirect light in the kitchen windowsill. When a sprout appreared I took it out of the mini-greenhouse and placed it in a bowl in the same indirect sunlight. By the next day, the sprout would take on a nice green color. Once it was nice and green, I removed the net and put the Jiffy pellet into its hempy bucket. This worked for me.

Thanks man umm by the way do you know what nutrients should i get??? I was thinking fox farm hydroponic kind...AND how much of it should i buy if i get the 3 of the kinds you think 1 qt of each will be enough??? for 4 hempy buckets????

FoxFarm (FF) has worked very well for killa and Secret Garden. I've had success with Botanicare Pro Grow. You do want the ones meant for hydro. I'm on my first hempy bucket grow but I think the quart size should do the trick. I'm sure SG or killa will advise on that. After my last grow (soil) I still had a lot of nutes left over in the quart bottles.

You'll need to hit Wally World or any drug store for a baby medicine dropper. It's a real easy way to measure out the nutes. Mine is marked in both fractions of TSP (teaspoons) and ml (millileters). It was less than $2.

Great man thanks for the help i really appreciate it... but for botanicare pro grow is that all i need to get is 1 bottle of that or is there like blooming stuff and all that like the line of 3 different ones of FF?? I want to order the nutes today because i want to start the hempy buckets for this weekend..

botanicare makes a system as well.....hempy origanally ran with gh 3 part but only running micro/bloom "lucas formula"......i was running FF at the time and saw lot of other people running nutes like FF, PBP, AN, GH teas, so i thought why not......seems to work....some strains need to be flushed once every two weeks in bloom but only really sensitive strains...other than that....by hydro nutes....a digital ph pen...."DIGITAL"...ebay 25$....trust me....you wanna run them in the 5.8-6.0 zone or you will see nute deficiencies...its a very easy system.....just watch your plants....give them love and all will be fine!

Alright sounds pretty simple im going to give it a go ill check out the pen on ebay get that ordered and get my nutes already have seeds 1 blue venom fem. from g13 i got for free when i ordered my last seeds.. Also i have the lr2Xak47 called easyryder now from dr.joint.. What you think you think an autoflowering strain will do allright in the hempy's??? Thanks for the info

I've bought two from this eBay store, (a couple years apart) ... she ships fast, First-Class Mail, had it in 3 days ... I had great success with this pen, just read the directions thoroughly, and don't ever let the tip dry out

Thanks iReaper. I found their site (off eBay) and will order shortly. I've been using both the drops/test tube and litmus strips but I get different results with each. I suppose it doesn't help that I'm a tad bit color blind, as well.

What are the lineage of the purple wreck?

I have some seeds that are purple kush X purple urkle X train wreck. Wondering how close that is to what you are working with. I had a solo female last winter that I had to harvest early and was not real happy with it at that stage. I have another that was put into 12/12 last week that is a male

so I'm thinkin of collecting the pollen for later use.

I like the idea of a cardboard breeding box, I was wondering where I was going to put it to finish. I have some WW and an indoor mix from Joey Weed that were switched along with the purple so I don't want to knock them up. (maybe a few lower buds later on).

i think the purple wreck is urkle x trainwreck i think......im right now crossing it to my purple kush x purple rhino so it would be close and in reality im running 2 of the purple kush phenos of the cross so the plants might even be closer to the cross above!

Update Time::

Sorry for the lack of updates lately...really battling depression lately and havent felt myself of late...

The tent is at 28 days....i prunned most of the fan leafs off in day 21 since then i havent seen much growth but im still waiting....they are getting their final nute formula 2 tsp of grow big, 1 tsp of tiger bloom, 1 tbsn of big bloom, 1/4 tsp of cha ching for the next two weeks then the flushing process begins..

the breeding project is im open pollenating my purple Wreck with 3 purple kush x purple rhino cuts, and one purple wreck female...my male is a awesome...hes a monster which will probably be a nice breeding partner...

my veg box now has in it....2 Nirvana WW from my boy which i smoked the herb and its the bomb.....2 Purple Wreck cuts from my breeding project F.....and 2 of Dr. Load Q balls....
