Wow, there's really no reason to put in all this work for just the money. You could easily just deal and make just as much (if not more), more quickly than growing all this manually.

Day 12 Since planted seedlings in soil.

Gave a good watering today as soil was pretty dry.

Here they are:













Noticing some new growth everyday. Bulb is about 15 inches from plant tops, temps stable between 75-80. Humidity is riding on the low side, sometimes 27%, usually 35%.

Had no choice but to repot today, I looked at the bottom and a few roots were poking their little heads out the bottom holes, in this 1 gal pot, I mixed 3 parts soil, 1/4 part worm castings, and 4 tbs bat guano (that shit stinks like a fuck)

I watered earlier today, and after transplant watered a little around the edges (enough to see some water come out the bottom)

note: the perlite on the top is because the stem was a little exposed.

It seems over the period of a couple of hours after transplant the leaves are dropping a bit, I figured this would happen.. I am guessing the plants are going through a little shock and need to get use to the new soil mix, also the movement of transplant prolly doesn't help lol

I will let you guys know how they are doing later on tonight.

As expected, the leaves have pretty much returned to normal, no droopiness.

Interested in your soil recipe. Would you mind detailing a bit more? Are you going to be feeding nutes with the h2o as well or will they pull it all from the soil? What is the soil mix itself? Any added lime? Just curious as I work through this stuff myself. They look so small in those 1 gallon pots!

Yeah, the roots started coming out the bottom so I had no choice :/


My soil is this:

65% Fox Farms Ocean Forest Organic Mix
20% Perlite
10% Worm Castings
5% Bat Guano

All of this is mixed in the new soil. I will be adding Jack's Classic All Purpose in about 2 weeks from today, 1/8 strength. Mixed with water. I do not use anything additional in the soil, I am using Poland Spring Bottled water, about to switch to pH'ed tap water. Need to get a pH pen first though.

Other thoughts: discoloration and leaves curling on this particular strain seems to be normal among feminized seeds.

Here they are, the bounced back about a half day after transplant, they are looking better than ever:

















Growth is taking off at this point, noticing new growth from many different points on the plant.

as this emoticon clearly depicts those prices make me want to jump in a microwave. everybody needs to just migrate to the great northwest

End of day 13, everything is looking good, and very nice clean green, a little curling leaves, but should not be problematic. tEMP 82 degrees, humidity 43%

Not much else, got my ducting today along with one bake a round tube, plan on putting together a 1000W system next.

Day 17 in to veg.

NOTES: Noticed today that the stem is shedding the purplish shell coating off, and stem is very green in color and thicker. Also noticed a very nice odor from the top of each plant, not sure how to describe it, kinda earthy yet pleasant smell, was definitely a very nice smell. Almost as memorable as pepperoni pizza from Pizzeria Regina.

Also, there is lots of new growth from stem on bottom, like sprouts, etc. And the top growth seems to be taking off like I have never seen.

Tomorrow will be pic day, and in about a week will be starting them on nutes.

Notice on a few of the pics that the stem is shedding, like a reptile growing in to it's new skin. I expect to start nutes tomorrow hopefully, need to grab a few gallon jugs of spring water from wal-mart. Enjoy people, also, lots of new growth as usual.

Enjoy, started 1/8 nutes yesterday in poland spring bottle water. Tons of new growth and more pungent smell everyday, I am loving it.

I noticed a little yellowing on the tips of the leaves after adding nutes, leads me to believe that I need to hold off a little while longer on them. Seems that the FFOF combined with perlite, worm castings, and bat guano have more than enough nutes for a long while. If I am getting nute burn after only 21 days with 1/8 strength, then I think I am doing great on the current soil mix.

hey wuts up ijust had some ww from nirvana on a perpetual harvest. yours are looking great, i got some ppp goin now about a week old with cfls.only thing with the ww is that they seem to never finish flowering, for me anywas. looking good tho ww are pretty good with nutes they can take quite a bit but def hold off till there ready. keep up the good work

I noticed a red mite on my leaf (in that spot running around) so I put a hot shot no pest strip in there, will this take care of em?

Plant's are doing well, will have pics posted up a little later on, no camera on hand atm. They are about 9 inches tall and are getting lots of new growth everyday, it is noticeable. I am going to start flowering when they are 19 inches tall.
