yea the smell is just addictive,nothing compares to the smell of MJ

heres a few pics on my other plants vegging.2 weeks old
these plants are in a small tent with a 400w hps

i re-potted last night into big air pots for there final home.
the airpots are brilliant the speed of growth is easily noticable so

as you can see the BLUE WIDOW (biggest) is coming on very nicley she has a light blue stemand stinks already.

the other indicas are comeing on nicely to....
nlxsilver haze and kaya gold
i plucked the yellowing leaves on 3 of these and they seem to off liked it and are focusing on growth instead of keeping the tatty yellow leaves that discoloured due to the compost with slow nutes.

i will definetley be cloning this widow i may even mother it as its growing amazingly,what a super plant so far shes beautifull.

anyway heres the pics to show my progress.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE IVE HAD TODAY!!
1ST MY TIMER BREAKS ON THE FLOWERING PLANTS THEY GAINED AN EXTRA HOURS LIGHT WILL THIS BE OK?

THEN MY VEG TENT LIGHT EXPLODES!!!!
SO IVE HAD TO PUT THE PLANTS IN MY FLOWERING TENT SO I GUESS THEY CAN STAY THERE NOW?OR DO YOU THINK THEY LOOK TO YOUNG TO FLOWER?

day 5 of flowering

the plants that suffered the cock up on the light schedule seemed real droopy today
wether thats the problem i dont no?
but they were also due watering and they do seem to have perked up from before as they looked life less.(droopy leaves and stems)

so lets see what happens..........

all my plants are in flowering now due to my 400w hps veg tent light deciding to break so ive had to flower them earlly at 18 days old

im feeding them every water with bio bizz bloom.as stated on the back of the bottle.

pic 4 is the blue widow

as you can see there small?
will they produce or die or???

people seem to look at it but have no info

another 30+ people look yet have no infomation regarding the questions ive asked,even when i place the questions in different areas of the site still nothing!!
i give up!
there is no point posting wasting my time for people to just read my worries
im a new grower trying to show you all my progress yet no one HELPS!!!

You can put them 12/12 even from seedlings. No problem. Effects on yield only.

Because you don't need help at the moment, everything is fine. Questions are simple and you can easily dig up answers from somewhere around here. Another thing is, most viewers are not registered members, they just read.
That's why you don't get answers easily.

Even if you stopped logging, keep up good work

Grow logs tend to be pretty quiet,..... Things look good here. I'm along for the ride

If they're all girls I'd wager about .5 oz dry each Blue Widow looks nice and healthy! I've gotta try that cross some day.

A quiet grow log means you are doing it right. No one feels the need to weigh in. Keep reading and posting. We're all interested.

Yep, i'm along for the ride as well. Wouldn't stress too much bud, things look ok. ya these logs are pretty quiet, if you have a specific question and want people's opinions post in the Plant Problems area, worked for me

right so its 7 days into flowering,the plant thats been the strongest and fastest grower has started to show its sex nlxhaze

they have developed a pattern and tell me when then want feeding by drooping which is every 3 days,then once watered perk right back up.

im wondering weather i should try to water and catch them before they droop
because if this causes stress they'l hermie right?

pic 3 is the blue widow shes growing so good,and all the others have sized up too,which is nice to see considering they have to go into flowering so earlly.
loads of bud sites developing....................

the 2 big plants have so much space at the top im hoping it will fill with a nice big cola.

today after abit of research i decided to tuk all the big fan leaves in to get more light to the bud spots on the 2 oldest plants,as cutting them at this stage is a big no no unless there yellow and are going to drop of there selves anyway.

each plant has around 10 bud sites which is good for its size really,plus loads of tight nodes inbetween all the branches.
and i can see flickers of thc forming on the leaves.

i also confirmed 4 out of 7 females so far the rest are yet to show there sex

i found a ball like pod which i picked off and discarded? now were the ball thing was theres just a pod it was sat in?
is this a hermie or was it making a seed?
the plant does have female pistols?

any info asap please

ive taken the plant out as no female plant should have any pods what so ever?
its now on my window sill in my kitchen lol

decided to take some clones from it and keep an eye out for any more balls.

got any pics of the pod? It could well be hermi, and if so it's a good idea to separate it from your room or destroy it.


Cloning a known hermi isn't such a good idea, but if you are looking for pollen..... well I did actually clone a male plant for just such a purpose

i forget to take a pic but it was like a small grape once picked of.came of easily and were the pod was there was like a little leaf there that held the thing in??,and yes that was my idea to make pollen and try to make fem seeds to save money

heres a little update,i no its been a while but ive been doing well (touch wood) and thought id come back when it looks abit more entertaining!!!

i was also abit warey about posting logs as i read some strange things but now use a completley diffrent location to were my ip adress is

well im 31 days into flowering the plants that i had to flower earlly are huge and now coming on well budding niceley.flowering time for these plants are 50-60 days.
watering every 2 days and im usuing bio bizz half strength nutes and im adding pure honey to the mix they seem to love it,also feeding every water.

the blue widow is coming along nicely,it just grows so fast,i gave the bud a lil rub to get some smell and boy.....it was heaveny so fruity and sweet!!!

been watchin ur grow...(bummer about your light deciding to commit suicide),i wouldn't suggest running out and buying spare bulbs,(good idea though)but i would suggest having a secondary plan in case something like this happens again.....(i'm waitin for a power outage,so i can fire up my generator,and piss off the neighbors)your grow looked good,very acceptable for first attempt,but next time you might want to try LST,SCROG,SoG,for yield increase(i tie mine up like spiderman)(and i have NO problem cutting off a shade leaf blocking a cluster).....get that second grow goin...lets see what ya learned...

Lookin good! Your pics are good... keep them coming! I just wanted to comment on that peppery smell. My white widow had that too and it was intoxicating. Enjoy it... now its going to change. The next two to three weeks you are going to see her get a lot bigger and her fragrance will become sweeter and more flower like. I have found that I like to sit in my flower tent for long periods of time enjoying that smell. This may be the first signs of an obsession. I have my eyes peeled for any further clues that I may have a problem.

yea i was gutted when my light knackered up i did have spare bulbs but it was the whole unit and i couldnt afford another
scrog is what im looking into and im well prepared for my next one....
maxibright t5 4x100w tubes plus spares for veg
600w hps plus spares for flower etc
im doing nirvana snow white white next in my new dr90 tent

and ill be vegging alot longer next time maybe 25-30days

thanks for your input m8 makes me feel good,knowing that for my 1st time im not to bad.....
im hoping for around 4-5 ounces from these babies my 2 that didnt suffer seem big and have good colas coming with over 16 bud sites all looking sexy!!!!

ill keep you all posted as the only bit im worrying about now is cutting down at the perfect time and drying without mold......

ive just bought a proper microscope to look at the trichomes,there clear but there are milky ones forming on the 2 biggest plants(front of tent)

i just check the tops of the buds and as soon as i see an amber i cut down right?
any help on this part please? i no i could read up on this but i dont have time and theres to many answers so just a reply will do to this

started flushing the 2 biggest plants now using a ph'd water of 6.5 i add a litre to each plant and leave it to drip through,i plan on doing this every 2 days for 2 weeks or untill the water runs clear,then ill check the trichs and see if theres any ambers.
is this the right way to fush out nutes?
