Cool and daylight are the same. However, when referring to your lights on this forum, use the real wattage not the equivelant. It's the real watts and lumens that matter, and it avoids confusion if everyone is using the same reference.

well all the cfl bulbs at home depot only go by equivelent.. i just didnt see any that had a real wattage that was 60-100 or whatever
