Question Whats this? First time growing.

Hello. First of all i know i dont have proper growing environment.
The soil is mixed with potting soil and nutrient mix whatever. Growing in one pot a lot of them. As light i use sunlight, i live in apartment The morning sun and day sun i bring them one side of my apartment, at evening sun i bring them out on my balcony. Well they get sun light, and also wind sometimes a lot on balcony. Im on 4th floor. Most of them grow healthy. Had some bottom leaves turning yellow, 2 have fallen of but not for this plant others. Those plants arent all same. one i think is sativa type other is indicas, but different. Seed i got from my friend
Theyr only running 1st week of vegetative stage, Seedling for me was about 3 weeks, or 2.5 about. Im watering them carefully, also not using nutrients yet, as the soil has them already, will use them after like 2 weeks from now.
Well check this one and someone explain whats that?
And one more question, will it have atleast a bit THC if theyr not special bought seed just some random unknown? The plants gets Light nearly 20 hours a day.
I would make a growbox with good lights, but my mom says no to lights, cuz of much electricity spent.

That is a pollenator and if you don't want a bunch of seed kill that male before he damages your crop.

What temps are you growing under? That is a quick showing of sex.

Well the temps is different, Inside its 19-22 After Celsius
Outside Well in the sun could go up to +30 Celsius.
So i should Kill that? Its appearing only top of the plant.
Those sacks are 4 for 2 leaves or 1 floor. Also the one with sacks, are the longest one. I thought appearance of sex can be found at the place where the branch comes from stem... Well, anyway, removing that one would leave bigger space for others. Maybe its so fast cuz i had no time to transplant them from seedling pots into bigger, i was on trip and mom was wattering in little cups i had planted them. Anyway should i kill them now or how long does it take when they release theyr pollen? I transplanted them a bit late i think.

The male will open it's pollen sacks and pollinate the females when he's mature. Not a bad thing if you want all of your ladies packed with seeds, but your yield will suffer greatly.

If you want unseeded buds, remove the males from the scene. (that's a male there) Looks like it has a week or so before release, but don't cut it close. One pod opening can contaminate (pollinate) an entire crop of ladies.

Tell mom of the cheap operating costs of CFL's.

I removed it already from my other plants. But i got another wierd. It doesnt have pollen sacks, but it has those bals little like male, but it also has those hairs, well theyr kinda coming out of those bals but not from all of them, is thats a normal thing or my plant is hermie? Il take photo later its too small to see it now on camera. Im afraid my plants are entering flowering stage before mature. it must be because i seedled them too long, was on trip and didnt have time to transplant back than.
About those lights, how many watts should be good for CFL ?

Plants are growing good, but two of the plants have problem.
The fan leaves are curling under and leaves have turned down. Like dying. The fan leaves have like white spots on them, and one of those 2 sad plants have purple pistils showing up. On some plants i found small black bugs, have seen them moving, but i easily can take them off by finger and pencil. They liek to stay on stems not the main one thought.
And other problem, the roots are white, but theres something like mildew around them, is thats really bad? How can i get rid of it? The soil was good, it was potting soil + fertilized peat for tomatos. Potting soils ph was written on package 5.1-6.5 And peat had 6.0-6.5 pH. Also using 12:12:36 fertilizer.
So the problem is fan leaves curling and root has something like mildew, im sure its mildew. I couldnt find my photocamera, probably mom took it. Overall plants look good, only those to are kinda miserable but theyr not yellowing. Il take pics when i can if needed.
