Ok so my ballast will power a hps but it won't power a mh. I just bought this thing, brand-new online so I need to get it going rather than a return. I checked the bulb at the hydro store and it is not that...It lights the bulb up and then dies after light 2-3 seconds.

It is a 1000w digital lumatek 120v.

Is there anything I can do to fix this thing?
